Booking Terms and Conditions
These terms govern all ski week packages booked with envoycraftfair.com. A booking is confirmed on written confirmation and deposit.
1. Booking and availability
Requests are placed via the booking form on this website. Availability is per departure date and is not guaranteed until we confirm in writing.
2. Inclusions and exclusions
Included: accommodation, listed lift passes, stated transfers and services marked as included. Excluded: flights unless stated, equipment rental, travel insurance, unlisted meals and personal expenses.
3. Payment, deposits and price changes
A 20% deposit is due at booking; the balance 45 days before departure. Prices may change before confirmation due to supplier, fuel, currency or tax changes; we will notify you before charging. Once confirmed, the price is fixed.
4. Suppliers, obligations and package information
We act as agent for the tour operator and suppliers; the operator's authority is stated in your confirmation, per the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР dated 15.09.1995. You must give accurate passport and contact details. Before booking you receive the itinerary, total price and the operator's identity; licence details are shown where advertising of travel services requires it, per the Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР dated 03.07.1996.
5. Complaints, disputes and legal framework
Send complaints to contact@envoycraftfair.com; we reply within 30 days. Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991 you may use out-of-court dispute resolution. These terms also follow the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010.
