Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy covers cancellations, refunds, amendments, no-shows, force majeure, weather disruptions, and how to request a refund.

1. Cancellation Windows

30+ days before start: full refund less third-party fees.
15–30 days: 50% refund.
7–14 days: 25% refund.
Under 7 days or after start: no refund.

2. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days. Provide your booking reference and proof of payment. Your rights under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991 apply.

3. Amendments

One date or participant change is allowed, subject to availability. Fee: UAH 500 plus supplier price difference. Changes under 7 days are treated as a cancellation.

4. No-Show

If you do not appear or use the service, no refund or amendment is available.

5. Force Majeure and Weather

If we cancel due to force majeure, official warnings or unsafe weather, choose a full refund or free date change. If the provider cancels for other reasons, we offer a comparable alternative or refund. See Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР dated 15.09.1995 and Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР dated 03.07.1996.
