Prices are in UAH unless stated. 'From' prices indicate the lowest available price at publication. Final price depends on dates, availability, occupancy, and options. Total price shown before booking confirmation.

Mandatory fees and taxes

May include taxes, resort fees, city taxes, service charges, cleaning fees. Disclosed before payment. Equipment rental and insurance optional unless required by law or supplier. No hidden fees.

Tourism services

If tourism, we provide tour operator name and agent authority per Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-ВР dated 15.09.1995. Advertising includes license info per Law of Ukraine 'On Advertising' No. 270/96-ВР dated 03.07.1996.

Complaints and dispute resolution

File complaints via contact@envoycraftfair.com. Out-of-court dispute resolution per Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 1023-XII dated 12.05.1991. We respond within 30 days.
